OVER FLOW HOTEL IDENTIFIED

With the conference two months away, we have found that the Sheraton at Keystone Crossing is in a sold out situation.  Basically what that means is they do not have any more rooms that they can add to our block, but they can still sell rooms at over $200 a night.  Argh.  As we get closer some things may change.  This is not the first time this has happened nor will it be the last.

Have no fear, an overflow hotel has been identified . . .

The TownPlace Suites by Marriott-Keystone Crossing has block 10 rooms for us for overflow (and if 10 is not enough they can add a few more).  These rooms are Studio Suites that consist of a queen size bed and a pull out couch, full kitchen including full size refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove.  The amenities are complimentary breakfast, complimentary parking, and complimentary high speed internet and complimentary exercise facility with 24 hour access.  The room rate is the best that they can do for us at $149.00 per night.  This block is for July 30 arrival and August 2 departure.  If anyone needs to stay prior to or leave later than, I would need to know to make an internal change to your reservation.

Don't wait too long as this rate will be good until 6/29/2015 or until the hotel sells out.
